You reach out and we set up a 30-minute call to understand your goals, group size and the type of experience you're looking for. No commitment. We just listen.

Program Design

Based on your needs, we design a personalised itinerary in collaboration with our academic partners and local producers. We present you with a detailed proposal including dates, activities and budget.

Confirmation & Preparation

Once the booking is confirmed, we begin logistical coordination: accommodation, transport, visits, workshops and any special requirements for the group. We keep you informed at every step.

The Experience

You arrive in the Basque Country. We make sure everything flows. On-site support throughout the program, coordination with all parties and personalised attention for the group.
